   Although you were kind enough not to put Australia on the list of underdog countries, we are technically ranked outside of the top 32. That said, the gateway to Australian sports - Eight Mile Creek in Nolita - is showing all the Australian games and will be home to the Australian New York contingent.

   I am a female American who is standing firmly behind the Ivory Coast - many great players that could take the team to the quarterfinals at least. Perhaps that is a bit over zealous. We’ll see. I will certainly be watching the Czech and England matches as well.

   I am searching out a few lesser known places to watch the games other than the obvious places like N. Smiths.

   The best spot for viewing all the World Cup games in NYC is at the Time Warner Center. That’s right! Each and every game (even the underdogs!) is playing at the SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE. It’s just above the 59th street subway station at Columbus Circle. No food or booze but where else can you watch all the games on 12 HD screens ranging from 42” to 80” plasmas. It’s free! And you can stay as long as you like. There is seating, and again, even an 80” plasma for viewing all the games. Check out this spot on the 3rd floor of the Time Warner Center. Plus they’re raffling off an official Chelsea Samsung Mobile Jersey every game day.

   Yes I want to Know where to watch the games in NYC of the underdogs…I am watching the Côte d’Ivoire game at home now but would love to watch it with some Côte d’Ivoire fans….although there are down two right now…je pleure

   The place to watch the Korea games in manhattan is
   Koreatown on 32nd St & Broadway. Any restaurant
   on that street will show it, starting on that corner.
