Turns out, I don’t really want to know if you think someone has man-boobs

Tagging is, for the time being, closed to the public. There were some excellent tags put up, and I appreciated them, but there were a lot that were silly, or offensive, or clever without being useful. But more than that was the discovery: One’s metadata is a somewhat personal thing, at least if you are uptight. I found that I was sort of irritated by this explosion of other people’s concepts around some the photos. No doubt from a search standpoint it would be better if I let a thousand flowers bloom and whatnot, but I guess that with the tags living right there on the page, I felt sort of proprietary about it after all. Jerk that I am.

Anyhow, it may come back someday. Let me know if you miss it.
